SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our aim is to despatch your items within 5 days of receiving your order (this applies to instock items only) During busier times this could be longer and we make you aware of this via email. Please allow for unto 7 days over Bank holidays and public holidays.
Our despatch times are only valid for 'in stock' items, for items that are on back order or pre-sale, these items will dispatched once the stock is available to us.
We currently only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Not all items will be shipped directly from Alexander Kent Interiors, larger items or furniture will be delivered through one of our trusted specialist couriers and may take upto 3 weeks, you will be advised by email if this the case for your order.
To ensure your beautiful products arrive at the correct address, please make sure you enter the correct delivery address details when placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect information. Please ensure that email and telephone details are also correct so that we contact you and update you if necessary, in relation to your order.

We hope that you are happy with your new products, however if you need to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send a returns email to you and ask you for for details of the return.
All items must be in perfect original condition, with all parts and packaging in a resaleable condition, returns must be sufficiently packaged for return, any returns that are not correctly packaged, and are damaged in transit will be your responsibility and refunds will not be issued.
Postage for returns is at your own cost, and we will not be able to refund any postage costs. It is advisable to take
insurance from your postage provider, as we cannot take responsibility for your goods being lost. Please ensure you retain proof of postage.
Once your item(s) have been received back to us in perfect condition, we will contact you to advise of your refund excluding any delivery/shipping costs.
If an item is delivered damaged it must be logged with us within 24 hours of your package being delivered, any items after this point will not be reviewed for refund. To log a damaged delivery please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale products are non returnable.
All of our products are carefully and lovingly sourced from our suppliers, and we want to make our customers aware of some key design variances which may occur. Ceramics may be hand finished meaning there will be beautiful variances in them. Glass blown items may contain air bubbles and and firing marks, this was was how the product was intended to be, they are in no way faulty and have been lovingly created to look that way. We feel it is important to give our customers this information to ensure they love their pieces as much as we do.
